Booking the Band
We’re available for a wide range of engagements – we’ve led carnivals, performed in arenas for village fetes and country shows, played at weddings (during photoshoots or at the reception party), opened ceremonial events, joined Celtic musicians and concert bands on stage, taken part in international festivals and tattoos, and provided entertainment for private parties and events. Full Band
Ideal for a big impact, especially if it’s something that involves marching or you’re after the ‘fuller’ sound of a large pipe band.
Approx size: 15-20 players
Mini Band
Perhaps you’re limited on space, or your event is during a weekday. Maybe you want a taste of the pipe band sound, without the expense or booking a full band. We’ve provided mini bands for surprise parties, displays at primary schools and corporate events
Approx size: 8-12 players
Solo Pipers
With players from across Essex, we can usually provide a solo piper for any occasion. Often booked for funerals, weddings (especially leading the bride & groom out of the church) and of course Burns Suppers and New Year’s Eve parties, our experienced pipers can cater for your needs. Got a favourite tune you’d love to hear? We play all the classics too. Some of our pipers are also able to offer full Highland ‘No. 1’ dress.
We can also provide a solo piper & drummer if you’d like your booking to have a bit more oomph!
